Signet Federal Credit Union in Paducah is having a $1 Million Dollar Celebration and 5 local charities will benefit from their success.
According to Dale Adams, Vice President of Signet, during the past year the credit union has tracked how much money people have saved by switching their loans and credit card balances to Signet in comparison with other financial institutions. The credit union has just passed the million-dollar mark in savings on loan interest and fees for the individuals.
As part of the celebration, Signet Federal Credit Union presented a $1,000 check to 5 deserving charities in the Paducah and Graves County areas. They believe the people of these ministries do a great job of helping people in need, and they want to do their part.
In Paducah, the charities receiving checks are Ladies Living Free, Paducah Cooperative Ministries, and Martha's Vineyard. In Graves County, the recipients are Hope Center Pregnancy & Family Services and New Pathways for Children.
The credit union shared this statement, "Signet is proud to celebrate our 75th anniversary this year. Our plan for the next 75 years is simple...we know We Can Do Better!"
