Phyllis Ann Draper Newton, age 76, died at her daughter's home Saturday, April 30, 2016, at 3:58 p.m. She was a member of New Liberty General Baptist Church. Phyllis was very devoted to her family and was loved by so many friends. Phyllis is survived by two daughters Sheryl Newton of Wickliffe, Ky., and Karen Foley and her husband Roger of Wickliffe, Ky.; two brothers, Billy Dean Draper of Oscar, Ky., and Jimmy Joe Draper of Reidland, Ky. Two grandchildren, Stephanie Jordan and Derek Foley. Two great-grandchildren, Breanna Jordan and Gunnar Jordan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Anna Remly Draper; and an infant sister, Betty Faye Draper. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Ashley Marie Hamilton Cassinger, age 21, of Jackson, Missouri, died Friday morning at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. Ashley was a graduate of the class of 2013 of Ballard Memorial High School. She was a beautiful person who loved everyone. She is survived by her husband, Lowell Cassinger of Jackson, Missouri; one daughter, Paislee Marie Cassinger of Jackson, Missouri; her mother, Lisa Cruse (Danny) of Wickliffe, Kentucky; her father, Jamie Hamilton (Connie) of St. Charles, Missouri; two brothers, Jamie Hamilton II of Bandana, Kentucky, and Brian Hamilton of La Center, Kentucky; two grandfathers, Dudley Hamilton (Barbara) of Morehouse, Missouri, and Junior Carmon (Marie) of Benton, Illinois; grandmother; Carolyn Villareal of Wickliffe, Kentucky; mother-in-law, Harriet Weger of Jackson, Missouri; father-in-law, Gene Cassinger (Connie) of Doriphan, Missouri; sister/sisters-in-law, Mary Juarez (Fernando) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Kathy Perlier (Dale) of Troy, Missouri; three brothers-in-law, Bill Cassinger of Doriphan, Missouri, Kevin (Amy) Ellington of Ellington, Missouri, and Richard Cassinger (Molly) of Eminence, Missouri; one niece, Lianna Juarez of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Ashley was preceded in death by her grandmother, Ocell Hamilton. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, May 2, 2016, at Morrow Funeral Chapel in La Center, Kentucky, with the Rev. Joseph Hamilton officiating. Interment followed at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.
Patricia Ann Crosier, 76, of Barlow died at 1:45 a.m. Saturday, April 30, 2016, at her home. Mrs. Crosier is survived by her husband of 58 years, Donald Crosier; one son, Donnie Crosier of Barlow; two daughters, Donna Creighton of Redfeather Lakes, Colorado, and Becky Crosier of Bonita Springs, Florida; one sister, Teresa Burton of Marion, Arkansas; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Her parents were Freeman and Lindell Berry Fowler. Services were held Tuesday, May 3, 2016, at Barlow Cemetery. Interment followed. There was no visitation. Kimberly Jean Freeman, age 37, of Littleton, Colorado, formerly of Wickliffe, Kentucky, passed away at 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at Littleton Hospital. She was of the Baptist faith and worked as a registered nurse. She is survived by her parents, Lonnie and Norma Jean Sullivan Freeman of Wickliffe; her sister, Lonita Wilson and husband, Greg of Farmington, Kentucky; nephews, Clay, Colton and Collin Wilson; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Services were held on Tuesday, April 26, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Wickliffe with the Rev. Dee Hazlewood officiating. Burial followed services in Bethlehem Cemetery.
