Norma Ruth Tilford, 79, of Wickliffe died at 11:50 p.m. Saturday, October 5, 2013, at Life Care Center of La Center. She was retired from Harris Engineering. She is survived by her husband, William Earl Tilford; one son, Mike Tilford of Bardwell; three sisters, Bernice Mann of St. Louis, Mo., Martha Knoles of Little Rock, Ark., and Sue Hersfield of St. Louis, Mo. She was preceded in death by one son, Steven Dale Tilford, and two brothers. Her parents were Dalton and Beulah French. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 9, 2013, at Hillcrest Cemetery in Blandville with Rev. David Lee officiating. Interment will follow. Friends may call from noon until 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Morrow Funeral Chapel in La Center

Mary Ann Poteet Wray, 74, of West Paducah died at 12:30 a.m. Sunday, October 6, 2013, at Life Care Center in La Center. She was retired from Churchill Downs and a member of the Moose Lodge and the Eagles. She is survived by her husband, Harry Wray; and one brother, Mike Thomas of Louisville. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Bill Poteet; and one brother. Her parents were Audrey and Margaret Thomas. Services were held Tuesday, October 8, 2013, at Morrow Funeral Chapel in La Center with Rev. Brandon Williams officiating. Interment followed at Oakwood Cemetery in Erlington.

James E. Feezor, age 90, of Paducah, passed away on Thursday, October 03, 2013, at Lourdes hospital in Paducah. Mr. Feezor was a member of Concord United Methodist Church in Paducah. He retired as the Personnel Director for the Illinois Central Railroad. He is survived by his wife, Rubye (Wilkinson) Feezor of Paducah; two daughters, Gloria Feezor Hildreth of Paducah and Diane Shelton and husband Randall of Paducah; grandchildren, Krystal Walker of Kevil, Tara Blackwell of Kevil, Sarah Shelton of Paducah, Nathan Shelton of Nashville, TN., and Justin Hildreth of Paducah; great-grandchildren, Maci, Max, and Ty Blackwell, Aaron and Emily Walker, and Reid Hildreth. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Konnie and Lena (Miller) Feezor; and one sister, Vi Tula English. Funeral services for James E. Feezor were held on Saturday, October 5, 2013, at the Milner & Orr Funeral home of Paducah with Rev. Earl Dickerson officiating. Scott A. Howe, 31, of Kevil died at 11:18 p.m. Wednesday, September 25, 2013, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn. Mr. Howe was a glass cutter for Vinyl Windows Technologies. He is survived by his mother, Cheryl L. Cannon Howe of Kevil; a sister, Kristen D. Howe of Ann Arbor, Mich.; his grandmother, Doris J. Cannon of Paducah; and his grandfather, William Daniel of West Paducah. He was preceded in death by his father, Gary L. Howe. Graveside services were held Saturday, October 5, 2013, at Brooks Memorial Park. There was no visitation. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to American Cancer Society, 3140 Parisa Drive, Paducah, KY 42003. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
