Mark Jordan, age 54, died at Baptist Health on Sunday, December 8, 2013, at 1:38 p.m. Mark was employed 14 years with the Paducah Fire Department, and also at Federal Materials for 10 years. He was an avid Bass Fisherman and participated in FLW and BFL Tournaments. Mark traveled everywhere and placed, and won in several of these tournaments. He loved to fish and also guided other fisherman. He attended New Liberty Methodist Church. Mark was a big UK fan. Mark is survived by his wife of 31 years, Joni Jordan of Kevil, Ky.; One son, Jeremy Jordan of Kevil; One special Aunt Birdie Jordan of West Paducah, Ky.; Several cousins, friends and other family. He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Don Jordan. Funeral Services for Mark will be Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in Kevil with the Rev. Randy Stacey officiating. Candy Pace Main, 55, of Bandana died at 6:10 a.m. Monday, December 2, 2013, at Baptist Health Paducah. She is survived by her husband, Richard Main of Bandana; two sons, Joshua Edwards of Vera Beach, Fla., and Jonathon Greer of Norfolk, Va.; and one brother, Joseph Franklin Pace of Miami, Fla. She was preceded in death by her son, Aaron Edwards; two sisters; and one brother. Her parents were Benjamin and Bernice Pace. There will be no services. Linda Sue Rongey Poole, 67, of Kevil died Wednesday, December 4, 2013, at 9:30 p.m. at Countryside Nursing Home in Bardwell. Linda was a new believer in Jesus Christ. She is survived by one son, Adam Morgan Poole and his wife Andrea of La Center; two brothers, Jack Rongey and his wife Mary and Keith Rongey and his wife Lori; and two grandchildren, Holly Morgan Poole and Casey Andrew Poole of LaCenter. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Maybell Rongey. Services will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, December 12, 2013, at Morrow Funeral Chapel in La Center with the Rev. Mr. David M. Goins, age 63, of Metropolis, IL., passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2013, at Massac Memorial Hospital. Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 10, 2013, at the Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis. Rev. Matthew Glass will officiate. Burial will follow in the Metropolis Memorial Gardens. David was retired from the City of Metropolis and was an avid hunter. Billy S. Feezor, 86, of West Paducah, KY., passed away at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2013, at Baptist Health Paducah. Billy was retired from Union Carbide as a Maintenance Supervisor. He was a member of the New Liberty United Methodist Church. Billy served in the United States Air Force during World War II and was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his son, Rex A. Feezor and wife Jami of Paducah, KY.; grandchildren, Justin R. Feezor and wife Angela of Paducah, KY., and Dr. Kelli S. Barnett of Santa Monica, CA.; great-grandchildren, Parker Feezor and Owen Feezor of Paducah, KY.; special friend, Sue Tisdal of La Center, KY.; and several nieces and nephews. Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Robbie Canup Feezor; sister, Wanda Powell; brothers, Earl Gene Feezor and Glenn Feezor. His parents were Burnett Feezor and Edna Reesor Feezor. Janella Jones Parrott, 67, of West Paducah, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2013, at Baptist Health Paducah. She was a licensed cosmetologist for over 20 years in Wickliffe and also taught piano in Ballard and McCracken counties. She was a member of Spring Bayou Baptist Church and was a church pianist over 30 years at various churches. Janella Parrott is survived by a daughter, Robin Cooper of Paducah; one sister, Patricia Kingcade of Paducah; and one granddaughter, Rachael Ann Cooper Wright and husband Chad of Paducah. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clint Thomas Parrott Sr.; and her parents, Herschel H. and Lela Talley Jones; and two sisters, Eloise Edwards and Marilyn Jones; and a brother, Charles Denver Jones. Funeral services for Mrs. Parrott were held Thursday, December 5, 2013, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Tommy Tucker officiating and a private family burial followed at North Ballard Church Cemetery.
Terry Lynn, 59, formerly of Los Lunas, New Mexico, currently a resident of Wickliffe, Ky., passed away peacefully with his wife and children at his side on Monday, December 2, 2013. Terry was born to Nellie Jean Stewart and George William “Bill” Lynn on October 27, 1954, in Ballard County. Terry recently worked for Rollings Farms LP in Barlow, Ky,. as a truck driver. He worked in New Mexico as a truck driver for 28 years before returning to Kentucky to care for his mother. Terry enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, camping and hunting. Terry loved his dogs, Buttercup, Brendi, Porcha and Bubbles. Terry is survived by his wife of 24 years, Toni Romero-Lynn of Wickliffe; one son, Terry D. Lynn Jr. of Los Lunas, New Mexico; two daughters, Terah Lynn of Wickliffe, Ky., and Tabatha Lynn Ranson of Brighton, Tenn.; mother, Nellie Vance of LaCenter, Ky.; mother-in-law, Betty Romero of Albuquerque, New Mexico; one brother, Bill Lynn of Princeton, Ky.; three sisters, JoNell Jones and husband Russell Jones of Robinson, Ill, Patty Hall of LaCenter, Ky., and Lori “Kismet” Seddon of Benton, Ky.; brothers-in-law, Anthony Romero and wife Sophie Romero of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, and Angelo Romero and wife Julie Romero of Albuquerque, New Mexico; sisters-in-law, Stephanie Clark and husband Justin Clark of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Darlene Lynn of Gilbertsville, Ky.; and many uncles and aunts, nieces and nephews and several friends in New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, and Kentucky.
