Mr. Bailey Hayes,71 passed away on August 13, 2014 in Graves County. Mr. Hayes was formerly employed by the Fields-Ashby Saw Mill . He is survived by his wife, Everlene Morgan Hayes of Columbus GA , a daughter, Marilyn Flowers of Columbus, GA ; a son Terry Hayes of Mayfield, KY. and a brother Luther Hayes of Chicago, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents Bailey Hayes Sr. and Annie Lee Smith Hayes, 1 Brother and 2 Sisters. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 1 PM at the Brown Funeral Chapel in Clinton with Rev. Tony Johnson officiating. Friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at the funeral hour. Brown Funeral Home are in charge of the services.

Mrs. Pauline Leeta O'Neal, age 99, of the Beulah Community passed away at 2:35 a.m. Friday, August 29, at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield. She was a member of Beulah Baptist Church and a homemaker. She is survived by a daughter, Betty (James) Lindsey of Beulah; one grandson, Eddie (Teresa) Lindsey of Beulah; and a great-grandson, Cameron (Tema) Lindsey of Beulah. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vick and Grace Vivrette Wooley; husband, Albertis (Pete) O'Neal; two brothers, Clarence Wooley and Melton Wooley; and two sisters, Vicie Burgess and Bernita Prince. Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Beulah Baptist Church Rev. Ian Carrico officiated. Interment followed the services in the Beulah Cemetery. Brown Funeral Home was in Mayfield is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial services for Joseph W. Parfait Sr., 81, of Fulton were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, 2014, at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel. Burial was in Pleasant View Memorial Gardens. Mr. Parfait died Monday, Aug. 25, 2014, at Kindred Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. He attended St. Edward's Catholic Church in Fulton. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, having served in the Korean Conflict. He was a tugboat captain and worked on the Mississippi River and the Gulf of Mexico. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Shirley Fortner Parfait; four daughters, Holly Ballard of Bardwell, Dawn Thompson of Sharon, Tennessee, Cedonia Pirtle of Dresden, Tennessee, and Jolene Parfait of Sharon, Tennessee; one son, Joseph Parfait Jr. of Newbern, Tennessee; four sisters; Geraldine Harddecky of Slidell, Louisiana, Evelyn Henries of St. Augustine, Florida, Judy Avery of Georgia and Betty Stanley of Middlesboro; four brothers, Ozma Parfait of Houma, Louisiana, Wilson Parfait of Harvey, Louisiana, Phillip Parfait of Marrero, Louisiana, and John Parfait of Tunica, Mississippi; 15 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, Johnny Womack; three brothers; and three sisters. His parents were Linest and Lydia Trosclaire Parfait.

Noah J. Rogers, 39, of Puryear died Monday, August 25, 2014. He was in a managerial position for the past 14 years for Suburban Propane and of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his mother, Mary Branham Rogers of Murray, Ky.; his father, Howard Rogers Jr. of Murray; two sons, Chase and Levi Rogers, both of Murray; two sisters, Ginny Singleton of Murray and Toni Vanderberg of Traverse City, Michigan; one brother, Howard Rogers III of Buchanan; and one nephew, niece, stepniece and step nephew. He was preceded in death by one son, Logan Rogers. Services were at 11 a.m. Friday, August 29, 2014, at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with the Rev. Ryker Wilson officiating. Logan Rogers, 15, of Puryear died Monday, Aug. 25, 2014, at Caldwell Medical Center in Princeton, Kentucky. Arrangements were incomplete at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home in Murray.
