Joyce Toon, 64, of South Fulton, died Saturday, July 18, 2015, at Baptist Memorial Hospital East in Memphis. She was a member of South Fulton Baptist Church and had worked for the Baptist Hospital System as the Regional Coordinator in the South East Region. She is survived by her mother, Guinell (Heithcock) Tucker Gardner of South Fulton; two daughters, Lisa Toon Malone of Knoxville and Libby Toon McKnight of Fulton, Ky.; one son, Peter Wayne Toon of Fulton; and four grandchildren, Tyler Morris of Fulton, Davis Malone and Grant Malone, both of Knoxville, and Peyton Toon of Paducah. She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Ray Tucker, and one sister. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2015, at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in the Greenlea Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Helen Louise Boaz, 76, of Wingo died at 1:15 p.m. Thursday, July 16, 2015, at her home. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mayfield and a homemaker. She is survived by two sons, Donald Boaz of Fulton and John M. Boaz of Clinton; two daughters, Kathy Baker of Water Valley and Donna Fowler of South Fulton, Tennessee; one sister, Barbara Willett of Mayfield; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Boaz Jr.; one sister; and one brother. Her parents were Aubrey and Gena Rose (Vessells) Shanks. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, July 20, 2015, at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield with Rev. Eric Riley officiating. Burial will follow in Clark Cemetery.
Lee Edd Hicks, 69, of Milwaukee, formerly of Hickman, died July 11, 2015, at the Golden Living Center in Glendale, Wisconsin. Mr. Hicks is survived by his brother, Grover Hicks of Milwaukee; and his sister, Ora Powell of Milwaukee. His parents were E.L. Hicks and Julia Prather Hicks. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 18, 2015, at the Hickman City Cemetery with Eddie Powell officiating. Strong Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Annabelle (Ann) Brazelton, 81, of Bardwell died at 6:45 a.m. Tuesday, July 14, 2015, at her home. She is survived by three daughters, Brenda Baron and Chris Woods, both of Bardwell, and Patti Lewis of Milwaukee; one son, C. Rick Brazelton of Sycamore, Illinois; three sisters, Dorothy Steinfatt, Bonnie Drozdzik, and Katherine Gress; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Brazelton; two sisters; and one brother. Her parents were William DeGroate and Clara Kaichek. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 18, 2015, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell with Rev. Terry Penix officiating. Burial will follow services in Roselawn Cemetery.
