James Quillen, 92, of Arlington, passed away at 4:38 a.m. on August 2, 2015 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center of Mayfield KY. He was a retired office worker from TVA. He was a WWII veteran where he served in the US Army. James is survived by one sister Helen Ruth Ferguson of Clinton KY, and several nieces and nephews. James was proceeded in death by his parents, James William Quillen Sr., and Nell Woods Quillen; two sisters, and one brother. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington with Rev. David Sphinx officiating. Burial will follow at Burkley Cemetery. Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington.

Kenneth Hugh Jones, 73, of Cunningham died at 5:58 a.m.Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at his home. He retired from the U.S. Navy after serving 35 years in personnel administration, with 13 years as a recruiter and 20 years as a career counselor. He is survived by one daughter, Tina Jones of Lexington; and one son, Kenyon Jones of Cunningham. He was preceded in death by one son, Michael H. Jones. His parents were Howard Hugh and Estelle Cavanaugh Jones. There will be no public services. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell is in charge of arrangements.
