Columbus - Mark your Calendar to attend Civil War Days October 11-13. The event will be held at Columbus-Belmont State Park in Columbus, KY.

The weekend will include battle reenactments, living history, and encampments.

The weekend will start off on Friday with education day for schools, and other groups where students to share in a day of living history. Friday evening there will be a Ghost Walk through the historic earthworks.

Saturday and Sunday battles will be held at 2PM on the battle fields. A Civil War Ball will be held on Saturday evening you can come dressed in ball room attire or casual wear.

Sunday morning gets off with services and a memorial ceremony that will be held at Columbus Cemetery. 

Plan a day or two and take a trip back in time visiting Sutlers Booth and taking in all the other living history the weekend will offer.

Civil War days is an annual event and is sponsored by Columbus-Belmont State Park, Hickman Co. Judge Executive/Fiscal Court & Civil War Days Committee
