A man offered this good advice; "never mud wrestle with a pig. You will get mud all over you and the pig will enjoy it." In other words, don't stoop to the level of evil or contentious people. Scripture teaches us to not return evil for evil, but to overcome evil with good.

The Kingdom of God is known by 3 opposite characteristics:
Light puts out darkness.
Once upon a time the sun and the cave argued over whether light or darkness was most beautiful. The cave came out and saw the sunlight and admitted it was beautiful, but told the sun, "now come down into the cave and see the beautiful darkness." The sun went down into the cave and asked, "Where is your darkness?"
A lie will make a trip around the world before the truth gets its boots on. Yet, once the truth comes out the lie is extinguished. Hatred can be answered and overcome by one thing: Love. Jesus said it long ago: "Love your enemies." Only peace will overcome violence. Jesus said, "Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God."
