There is a lot of negativity going around because of COVID-19. There are many people who are very sick and there have been many deaths from this global pandemic. There are even more people suffering globally from losing their loved ones because of this virus. We do not need to ignore what is going on around us, but we do need to keep thinking positive. The world is healing; it may be healing slowly but it is healing. There are places where pollution has cleared up some, because humans are not out and polluting those areas. There are people out there learning proper self-care and finally getting a break from the stress our life has created for us.

This may be a horrible time we are going through in the world, but we can come out of this tragedy with a changed life. People go through health cleanses and there can be cleanses of everything. You can have a cleanse of all of the things in your life that you have always wanted to change but never had the time to. We all have a lot more free time right now than we need, but maybe we did need this free time. This time that we now have could be time that we spend with loved ones - if it is within your immediate household family. You can read a book that you have never had the time or energy to do. There are many ways to work out while staying home and other activities like yoga and meditation. You can do what you never thought you had the time to do. You can have a different view on the world and your life as a whole. We get a time to refresh ourselves and our lives.

There are also things you can do to help your mental health during this time as well as after this is all over. You can organize your house and clean everything you have been meaning to do. There is also plenty of time to catch up on what you need to finish and time to rest yourself. It may get boring staying in your home for this long of a period of time, but it can better you in the end. You can take your pets or family on walks and you can make up your own games to play and enjoy your life in a different way than you have ever been able to before.
