Kentucky Publishing, Inc. welcome Leo F. Green, Jr

Kentucky Publishing, Inc. located in Paducah Kentucky is pleased to announce the addition of Leo Green to our newspaper advertising family.

Many of you are already familiar with Leo, as he has been a prominent figure in the marketing and advertising business in the area. Leo is a 1961 graduate of Heath High School, he attended Paducah Junior College, transferred to Murray State University graduating with a Degree in Marketing and Advertising and later earned his Master's Degree in Journalism. Leo was an Adjunct Professor at Murray from 1998 to 2012 and still teaches an occasional class there. Leo has 44 years of experience in media sales. He has worked for the Tribune Courier in Benton Kentucky, the Paducah Sun, WPSD TV, Creative 1197 and Tanager Productions in Murray. Leo says," I love media sales because I am a people person and love meeting new folks every day. I guess you could say sales is a hobby, I am really a people person."

Leo will be focusing his attention on customers advertising with the Livingston Ledger in Livingston and Crittenden counties and other special editions produced by Kentucky Publishing.

Leo has two children, one son, Kent Green who teaches at Fulton City High School in Fulton Kentucky and one daughter, Megan Tamisiea who lives in Sherman Oaks California and works as an Improv Comedian and as an Event Coordinator for Annenberg Space for Photography Museum. Leo has a one month old grandson, Jack Tamisiea.

Leo attends Broadway Church of Christ, and volunteers for several organizations. He has served on the Barkley Regional Airport Board, the Brooks Stadium Board and also on the Board of Easter Seals West Kentucky for over 20 years where he served as Chairman of the Board for three years. Leo says, "Easter Seals West Kentucky has a soft spot in my heart, I still enjoy visiting and seeing the great work that they do at the Center. I love life and really enjoyed giving back to the world. God has blessed me so much, I try to make the world a better place by giving back.
