Mr. Randall Charles “Bulldog” Gaines, 56, of Tiline, KY, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2013, on his farm. Mr. Gaines was a self-employed truck driver, and was a member of Sugar Creek Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Becky Gaines; one daughter, Natalie Gaines of Tiline, KY; parents, Charles and Jean Gaines of Tiline, KY; and one granddaughter, Autumn Faith Raby. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Roman and Sue Short, and his paternal grandparents, Guy and Lula Gaines. Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 13, 2013, at 11AM, in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors, with the Rev. Harold Nix officiating. Burial will follow in Groves Chapel Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5 to 8PM, Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at Boyd Funeral Directors in Salem.

Services for Ora Juanita Buttrum, 81, of Harrisburg, Ill., formerly of the Birdsvillle community, wwas held Wednesday, November 6, 2013, at Boyd Funeral Chapel in Salem with Roger Holloman officiating. Burial will be in Good Hope Cemetery. Mrs. Buttrum died Saturday, November 2, 2013, at Salem Springlake Health and Rehab in Salem.
She was a member of Golconda (Ill.) Pentecostal Church and Good Hope Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Billy Buttrum; one son, David Lynn Curry of Paw Paw, Mich.; one daughter, Phyllis Shellenburger of Marshall, Mich.; two sisters, Mary Evelyn Jackson of Hampton and Lucille E. Jackson of Joy; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers. Her parents were Walter George Jackson and Eliza Lucille Barnes.

Charles Michael McClure, 64, of Paducah passed away Friday, November 8, 2013 at 2:00 a.m. at Baptist Health Paducah. He was a graduate of Lone Oak High School and a member of Oaklawn Baptist Church. Michael was a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a degree in Horticulture and then moved to California where he worked for Pepperdine University as a buyer. When he returned to Paducah after several years in California, he was self-employed in lawn care and maintenance until his retirement due to health problems. Survivors include his mother, Vera Dennison McClure of Paducah, KY; one sister, Denise Turner of Paducah, KY; special niece, Kristi Thorsby and husband Jim of Schuarita, AZ; special nephew, Aaron Gill of Paducah, KY, special great nieces and nephews; three special friends, Gayle Richards, Renee Williams and Tina Owen. Preceding in death was his father, Charles McClure. Graveside services were held Monday, November 11, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with Rev.
