Mr. Bobby Neil Patton, 48, of Marion, KY, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2014. Mr. Patton was a member at Emmaus Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Maxine Patton; a son, Blake Patton; a step-son, Clint Sunderland; three sisters, Brenda Duncan and (Ruben Houser), Sandy Green and (Kerry Green), Bonnie Fralick and (Bob Fralick); a grand-daughter, Chloe Patton; a grand-son, Thomas Patton; and a step-grand-daughter, Embya Guess. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Austin and Dorothy Brown Patton; and one brother, Thomas Ross Patton.
Funeral services will be Thursday, February 27, 2014, at 2PM, in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors with Bro. Jimmy Wring officiating. Burial will follow in the Asbridge Cemetery in Marion, KY. Friends may call from 5 to 9PM, Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at Boyd Funeral Directors in Salem. Condolences may also be left online at boydfuneraldirectors.com.

Mr. Adam Cunningham, Jr., age 77 of Hickory, KY passed away Sunday, February 23, 2014, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY. Born Sunday, August 2, 1936 in Marshall Co., KY., he was the son of the late Adam Cunningham Sr. and the late Izoria (Cole) Cunningham. He retired after 40 years of service with Iron Workers Local #782 of Paducah, KY. His favorite hobby was fleamarkets, auctions and was a member of the Corn Sheller's Club. He was a member of Trace Creek Baptist Church. Surviving are one son, Mark Adam Cunningham of Hickory, KY., one daughter, Regina Gale Cunningham of Symsonia, KY, three grandchildren, Adam Alsobrook of Ledbetter, KY., Erica Alsobrook of Tiline, KY., and Coty Alsobrook of Graves Co., KY., One sister, Letha Bolen of Benton, KY also survives. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Gladys (Willingham) Cunningham, 4 brothers, Cletus Cunningham, Vastine "Tener" Cunningham, James Cunningham and Clarice Cunningham and 2 sisters, Latha "Jenkie" Bolen and Retha Lukat. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Collier Funeral Home in Benton, KY. Rev. Billy Joe Cunningham, Rev. Ronnie Joe Cunningham, Rev. Ronnie Stinson and Rev. Ronnie Stinson, Jr. will officiate. Interment is to follow the service in the Clarks River Cemetery, Symsonia, KY. Friends may visit with the family between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at the Collier Funeral Home in Benton, KY. Bessie Cathern Page, 96, of Ledbetter died on Saturday March 1, 2014 at Salem Springlake Health & Rehab in Salem.
Mrs. Page was a homemaker. Graveside services were at 11:00am on Wednesday at Paradise Cemetery in Livingston County. Smith Funeral Chapel in Smithland is in charge of arrangements.

Diane C. Skelton, age 65, of Gilbertsville, KY, died Sunday, March 9, 2014, at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY. She was a member of the Palma United Methodist Church. She is the daughter of Nelson Cherry and the late Dorothy (Holland) Cherry. She is survived by two daughters; Christina Haltom of Benton, KY. and Allison Tomlinson of Vanleer, TN.; sisters: Brenda Cherry, Cathy Johnson and Tina Johnson all of Gilbertsville, KY; brothers: Alan Cherry of Breesy, IL and Kevin Cherry of Dexter, KY and two grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, March 11, 2014. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 11:00A.M. at the chapel of the Collier Funeral Home. Officiateting will be Rev. Bob Cain and Rev. Judy Faye Barnes age 68 of Marion, KY passed away Monday February 24, 2014 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah. She had been employed as a cook at Hilltop Nursing Home in Kuttawa. Mrs. Barnes is survived by a daughter, Terri Sullens, Marion, KY; a son, Jeff Barnes, Marion, KY; sister, Hazel Fulks, Harvel, IL and brothers, John Hunter, Marion, KY and Presely Hunter, Odessa, TX; three granddaughters, one great granddaughter and one great grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Barnes; parents, Riley and Maudie Rushing Hunter; and one sister. Graveside funeral services will be held 1 pm Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Tyner’s Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Mike Grimes officiating. Visitation will be held at Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY on Thursday from 11 am until 12:30 pm.
