Robert Earl Lindsey, 71, of Paducah, KY went to be with the Lord on November 8, 2014 at 5:22 a.m. at Superior Care Home after a long battle with Alzheimer's. he attended Southland Baptist Temple. Robert entered retail sales in 1961 at the Wonder Market Grocery at 10th and Broadway. He was employed at Coca-Cola in 1966 as a route salesman and eventually retiring in 1998 in a management position. Robert had numerous hobbies and side jobs throughout his life with Charlene. He never shied away from work as a painter, carpenter, landscaper and other small jobs. He enjoyed his leisure time boating, fishing, hunting and many summer years at Paducah Khoury League. He spent multiple years supporting his two sons during their youthful summers. He was very active during those years and even creating additional playing fields to insure every young person could play baseball. He was a member of the Southside Kiwanis Club, Paducah Jaycees and the Paducah Khoury League. Robert was awarded the "Duke of Paducah" for his accomplishments and achievements for the Paducah Khoury League. Robert is survived by his loving and faithful wife of 52 years, Charlene Crenshaw Lindsey of Paducah, KY; sons, Bobby Lindsey and wife Theressa of Paducah, KY and Wes Lindsey of Paducah, KY; grandchildren, McKenna Gray Lindsey and Kolton Wes Lindsey both of Paducah, KY; step-grandchildren, Brian Mattingly of Louisville, KY and Chris George and wife Brittani of Jackson, CA; Step great grandchildren, Brielle George, Cheyana George and Cayden George all of Jackson, CA; brothers, Jimmie Dale Lindsey and wife Gail of Ledbetter, KY and Gary Ray Lindsey of Paducah, KY. His parents were Robert Akron "Ted" Lindsey and Emma Mae Gray Lindsey. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Jimmy Franks officiating. Burial will follow in the Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 10, 2014 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah. He leaves numerous brothers and sisters in law. The family wants to say Thank You for all the acts of kindness during Robert's illness. Ms. Mary Frankie Marie (Todd) Hunter, 88, of Marion, KY, passed away Saturday, November 8, 2014, at Crittenden Health and Rehabilitation Center in Marion, KY. She is survived by two children, Mary Helen Swaney of Clarksville, TN, Robert Kirk of Marion, KY; one sister, Louise Slaughter of Henderson, KY; two brothers, James Todd of Tolu, KY, Bill Todd of Marion, KY; six grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harlan Hunter; one granddaughter, Mary K. Kirk; and her parents, Benjamin Frank and Mary Clark Todd. Graveside funeral services will be Tuesday, November 11, 2014, at 2PM, at Salem Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Boyd Funeral Directors in Salem.

David N. "Jock" Crider, 55, of Marion, Kentucky, died Wednesday, November 5, 2014, at Norton Health in Louisville,Kentucky. He was a member of Marion Baptist Church. Surviving are his sister, Janet Pierce of Marion, Kentucky; nephew, Alec Pierce of Marion, Kentucky; niece, Francesca Pierce of Marion, Kentucky; uncle, Bryan (Gloria) Norman of Nixa, Missouri; uncle, James "Bud" (Katie) Crider of Marion, Kentucky; and aunt, Avis Blackburn of Valparaiso, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kernie and Virginia Crider; and brother, Michael Crider. Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, November 8, 2014, at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, Kentucky, with interment in Mapleview Cemetery. Dia Blankenship Gudino, 39, of Paducah died Thursday, October 30, 2014, at Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. Dia was a member of Potter's House of Smithland, and was a wonderful and caring mother, daughter and friend. She is survived by two sons, Brandon English of Paducah and Austin Gudino of Paducah; her father, Erwin Blankenship of Ledbetter; one brother, Jerry (Misty) Blankenship of Ledbetter; one niece, Chelsea Blankenship of Ledbetter; two aunts, Cheryl (Joe) Strader of Benton, and Sheila Childers of Ledbetter; two uncles, Mickey (Alice) Brown of Paducah, and Stewin (Tonya) Blankenship of Paducah; and one grandmother, Loretta Blankenship of Metropolis, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jeannie Brown. Friends may visit the family on Thursday, November 6, 2014, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah. Funeral services will be Friday, November 7, 2014, starting at 11 a.m. at Lindsey Funeral Home with Pastor Mickey Brown officiating. Mrs. Margaret Tonne, 102, of Smithland, KY, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2014, at Livingston Hospital and Healthcare Services in Salem. She is survived by her son, Don Tonne of Smithland, KY; her older sister, Helen of Washington State; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Tonne; her son Lee; one sister, three brothers, and her parents, Lewis and Alma (Nerge) Fasse. Graveside services will be Saturday, November 8, 2014, at 2PM, at Carrsville Cemetery. A memorial gathering for family and friends will immediately follow the services. To honor mom, is to honor her sons, therefore, in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: Vietnam Veterans of America, VVA CHAPTER #337, PO Box 191, Paducah, KY 42002-0191. Arrangements are being handled by Boyd funeral Directors in Salem.
