Kathryn Louise Brantley, 84, of Marion, died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014, at Crittenden Health Systems. She was of the Pentecostal faith. Surviving are her daughters Glenda Blake and Loretta Herron, both of Marion; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Brantley; her children Mary Ann Brantley and Glenn Junior Brantley; two brothers and two sisters. Her parents were George Wesley and Ada Barnes. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015, at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion with burial in Rosebud Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 2, 2015, at the funeral home.

Jerry Wayne Ritch, 71, of Marion died Monday, December 29, 2014, at Lourdes hospital. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Ritch; two daughters, Angie Sloan of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, and Kim Ritch of California; one sister, Linda Duncan of Providence; and two grandchildren, Azia Hurley of Lebanon, Tennessee, and Brayton Hurley of Mt. Juliet. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Christa Ritch. His parents were Louis and Glady Ruth Ritch. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, January 2, 2015, at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion. Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 1, 2015, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Gideons International, P.O. Odis C. Tolley Jr., age 72, passed away December 27, 2014, at the home of his son in Fredonia, Kentucky. He retired from Three Rivers Rock Quarry in 2007. His hobbies included gardening, farming, fishing, hunting and was a collector extraordinaire. Mr. Tolley is survived by two sons, Ronald W. Tolley of Lola, Kentucky, and James M. Tolley of Fredonia, Kentucky; two daughters, Nancy Tolley of Ledbetter, Kentucky, and Peggy Sue Plunkette of Dawson Springs, Kentucky; two brothers, James Jackson of Hampton, Kentucky, and Carlos Garrett of Salem, Kentucky; three sisters, Lucy Faulkner of Salem, Kentucky, Kay Tolley of Marion, Kentucky, and Raye Croft of Sheridan, Kentucky; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Maude Tolley, and Isabelle Jackson Garrett and Herman Garrett; and one brother, Vernon Tolley. Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, December 29, 2014, at 10 a.m. at White Church Cemetery in Hampton, Kentucky. Myers Funeral Home in Marion, Kentucky, is handling the arrangements. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Services for Bobby Lynn Brown, 72, of Marion will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 28, 2014, at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion. Burial will be in Frances Cemetery. Mr. Brown died Wednesday, December 24, 2014, at Lourdes hospital in Paducah. He was a member of the Baptist faith. Surviving are one daughter, Shelia Brasher of Marion; his mother, Pauline Brown of Marion; one sister, Sandy Owen of Burna; two grandchildren, Jennifer Hardesty and Jada Alexander, both of Marion; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Faye Brown; and his father, Dudley L. Brown. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Sunday, December 28, 2014, at the funeral home.

Dorothy Yates Brown age 83 of Salem, KY died Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Salem Springlake Health and Rehabiliation Center. She was of the Baptist faith. Brown was preceded in death by one daughter, Charlene Hardin Woodruff; a son William (Billy) Harmon Hardin; husband, Charles Brown and parents, Guthrie and Hazel Hodge Yates. She is survived by one daughter, Nancy (Kenny) Asbridge, Salem, KY; three grandchildren, Angela Hardin Hunter, Monica Asbridge Woodyard and Andrew Asbridge; five great grandchildren, Ali, Presley, Isabelle, Lucas and Lincoln; two sisters, Mickey Wiggins and Shirley Hardin; daughter-in-law, Sandy Hardin and one daughter by love, Caroline Bryant; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at 1 PM at Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY with burial in Union Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Myers Funeral Home Wednesday beginning at 11 AM and continuing until the service time at 1 PM.
