Manufacturing Methamphetamine Arrest in Grand Rivers
Livingston County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested Donald Beard (42 years of age) of Elmwood Drive Grand Rivers, KY. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by Deputy Brian Coleman and Deputy Irvin Davis. The two deputies arrived at Donald Beards rented residence on Elmwood Drive last week to evict Mr. Beard from the property. Upon ensuring that there was no one else in the residence the deputies observed what appeared to be several items commonly used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine. Deputies immediately secured the residence and obtained a search warrant for the residence. Upon searching the residence deputies located all of the components of a working methamphetamine lab as well as actual methamphetamine and numerous other articles of drug paraphernalia. Kentucky State Police Troopers assisted Livingston County Sheriff's Deputies with the secondary search.
Donald Beard was lodged in the McCracken County Jail and charged with the following: Manufacturing Controlled Substance 1st Degree (felony) and Possession of Drug Paraphenalia (misdemeanor).
