Mr. BBQ's Restaurant goes smoke-free
While the winter months seemed to drag on we know that spring is just around the corner. We are all ready for those warm months to arrive. But while we have been enduring the cold and snowy days Mr. BBQ owners Cy and Jan Quarles have been preparing their restaurant in Grand Rivers for their faithful customers to enjoy.
The restaurant has received a thorough cleaning from top to bottom and will now be smoke-free. It is only a matter of time before all businesses in Kentucky go smoke-free and the Quarles have taken the slower winter months to prepare their restaurant for what will be required statewide if lawmakers have their way.
For now the restaurant is only open for breakfast from 6 AM to 11 AM. Jan says she will be watching the weather and as soon as possible will also be open for lunch and dinner. In mid-March Cy will be firing up the barbecue pit and preparing their delicious barbecue pork sandwiches, ribs and half barbecue chickens. Until then they invite you in to enjoy their delicious breakfast and they will treat you like family.
