Lola Mae Henderson

Fulton, Ky. Funeral services for Lola Mae Dunn Henderson, 93, of St. Peters, Mo., formerly of South Fulton, were held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 10, 2008, at the Hornbeak Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton. Burial followed in Obion County Memorial Gardens near Union City. Mrs. Henderson died Thursday, November 6, 2008, at St. Joseph Health Care in St. Charles, Mo. She is survived by one daughter, Etta Cathey of St. Peters, Mo; one son, James Henderson of Dresden, Tn.; one sister, Dorothy Castleman of Paducah, Ky.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Mrs. Henderson was preceded in death by he husband, Ed Henderson; and three sisters. Her parents were Tom and Etta Adkinson Dunn.


Richard Johnston

Fulton, Ky. Funeral services for Richard N. Johnston, 93, of Fulton were held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 11, 2008, at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton. Burial followed in Mt. Zion Cemetery near Beelerton. Mr. Johnston died early Sunday, November 9, 2008, at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Mable Brown Johnston of Fulton; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Johnston’s parents were J. W. and Myrtie Ferguson Johnston.


Parks Weaks

Fulton, Ky. Memorial services for Lexie Parks Weaks, 86, of Nashville, Tn., formerly of South Fulton, were held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, November 15, 2008, at Trinity Episcopal Church in Fulton. A private entombment was held at Fairview Mausoleum in Fulton. Mr. Weaks died Friday, November 7, 2008, in Nashville, He is survived by his wife, Betty Clark Weaks of Nashville, Tn.; three daughters, Carmen Moore of Mobile, Al., Mariana Richardson of Nashville, Tn. and Caroline Cramer of Lexington, Ky.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Mr. Weaks was preceded in death by one brother, Leslie Hunter Weaks. His parents were Leslie and Carmen Parks Weaks.


Roger Stewart

Hickman, Ky. Funeral services for Roger Eugene Stewart, 55, of Hickman were held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 13, 2008, at the Strong Funeral Home Chapel in Hickman. Burial followed in Hickman City Cemetery. Mr. Stewart died Monday, November 10, 2008, at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Katie Stewart of Hickman; his mother, Nettie Stewart of Fulton; two sons, J. R. Stewart and Christopher Stewart, both of Hickman; two daughters, Kelly Poynor of Tiptonville, Tn. and Rebecca Stewart of Hickman; two brothers, Gaylon Stewart and Leemon Stewart, both of Fulton; three sisters, Virginia Stewart and Donna Peoples, both of Fulton and Marsha Gallimore of Dresden Tn.; and four grandchildren. Mr. Stewart was preceded in death by his fsather, Leemon Stewart; and one brother.


David Homra

Fulton, Ky. Funereal services for David K. Homra, 85, of Paducah, formerly of Fulton, were held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 15, 2008, at the Hornbeak FuneralChapel in Fulton. Burial followed in Fairview Cemetery in Fulton. Mr. Homra died Tuesday, November 11, 2008, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah. He is survived by two daughters, Deborah Amerman of Louisville, Ky. and Denise Jacobs of Raleigh, N.C.; two sons, Kim Homra and Dan Homra, both of Paducah; one sister, Mary Hollinger of Louisville, Ky; close friend and companion, Eleanor Corey of Paducah; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Homra was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Homra; and five sisters. His parents were Kimlen and Wadia Massad Homra.
