Pageants bring smiles to Ballard County Fair

La Center - Thursday brought out several contestants and spectators to the annual pageant at the Ballard County Fair.

The evening started with Petite Little Master and Miss. Landyn Bowles, daughter of Terra and Nathan Bowles, was named Queen. Kameron Walker, daughter of Angie Gillispie and Brandon Walker was named Princess. Will Cooper, son of Chris and Jessica Copper was crowned King.

Next up was Little Miss Ballard County Fair. Bryleigh Heal, daughter of Travis and Mandy Heal was named Little Miss Ballard County Fair. Ella Sterling, daughter of Robert and Jenna Sterling, was named Princess.

In the Miss Preteen category, Haley Allen, daughter of Chris Allen and Blair Lyle, was named Queen. Molly Harris, daughter of Larry and Charissa Harris, was named 1st Runner Up.

Grace Webster, daughter of Ric Webster and Amy Small was crowned Miss Teen. 1st Runer up was Delaney Darland, daughter of Stanley and Cari Wildharber. 2nd Runner up was Lindsay Tatum, daughter of Shaun and Rebekah Tatum. Lindsey was also named Miss Congeniality.

The Miss Ballard County Fair pageant brought out five contestants. Haley Copeland, daughter of Jeff and Kimberlee Stewart-Copeland and granddaughter of Gene and Fay Steward, was named Queen. Rachel Rickard, daughter of David and Tonya Rickard was named 1st Runner Up. Tori Taylor, daughter of Craig and Dee Dee Taylor was named 2nd Runner Up. Madison Vaughn, daughter of Jason and Shannon Vaughn was 3rd Runner Up, and Juliauna Wilkerson, daughter of Christopher and Christine Weber was named 4th Runner-Up. Haley Copeland was named Miss Congeniality.
