Wickliffe - Commonwealth Environmental Services, LLC Chief Executive Officer Gary S. Vander Boegh spoke at the recent Ballard County Fiscal Court meeting. Boegh’s main goal was to inform the magistrates about the twelve plus constituents, according to Boegh, who have been denied claims filed for illnesses, injuries or immediate family member’s death in relation to being exposed to nuclear materials, such as beryllium, while working at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PGDP).
