Wickliffe - Commonwealth Environmental Services, LLC Chief Executive Officer Gary S. Vander Boegh spoke at the recent Ballard County Fiscal Court meeting. Boegh’s main goal was to inform the magistrates about the twelve plus constituents, according to Boegh, who have been denied claims filed for illnesses, injuries or immediate family member’s death in relation to being exposed to nuclear materials, such as beryllium, while working at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PGDP).
Boegh continued by stating that he was terminated from PGDP in April 2006 because he was a whistleblower. Per Boegh he had talked to members of the Department of Justice, Bill Campbell and others about the fraud and illegal activities taking place. Today, his main goal is to help persons who have been denied claims for workplace injuries, illnesses and deaths who have worked at PGDP.
