Billy J. Wells, 70 of Paducah died Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 2:50 p.m. at Lourdes Hospital. He was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church and a retired construction worker. Survivors include wife, Charlotte Ann Puckett Wells; one son, Billy Ray Wells, Paducah, KY; two step-sons, David C. Harper, Gilbertsville, KY and Daniel L. Davie, Paducah, KY; one sister, Mary Wells Vallejo, Paducah, KY; one brother, Bobby J. Wells, Paducah, KY; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Preceding in death was parents, Raymond G. Wells & Mary Magdalene Wells; one sister, Betty Jean Keel and one step-daughter, Rheanne Harper. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. at Mt. Carmel Cemetery with Rev. Brandon Williams officiating. Friends may call after 3:30 p.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home.

Harry W. Weber, 67, of Paducah, KY went home to be with his Lord and Savior at 5:09 a.m. Sunday, May 18, 2014 from Baptist Health of Paducah. He was a retired self-employed Farmer and served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Harry was a member of the Southland Baptist Temple and was very active in the PAWTE community.
Harry is survived by his wife, Cheryl Baker Weber of Paducah, KY; daughters, Michele Thomas of Paducah, KY, Stephanie Looper of Metropolis, IL, Samanatha Weber of Kansas City, MO, Faith Weber of Paducah, KY; son, Jeffrey Weber and his wife Stephanie of Metropolis, IL; step daughters, Amberly Seilheimer and husband Mark of Paducah, KY, Ashley Shanks and husband Jake of Paducah, KY; step son, Micah Vied of Paducah, KY; sister, Joyce Compton of St. Louis, MO; brother, Johnny Weber of St. Louis, MO; grandchildren, Robbie Thomas, Chantelle Thomas, Haley Thomas, Alicia Thomas, Madison Thomas, Brandon Looper, Ryan Looper, Callie Looper, Hannah Weber, Ellie Weber; great grandchildren, Omarii Thomas and Jackson Thomas; Step grandchildren, Micah Seilheimer, Becca Seilheimer, Jessie Seilheimer, Chase Vied, Brashton Vied, Canaan Shanks, Asher Shanks and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Weber. His parents were Clifford and Eva Welch Weber. A Celebration of Life service will be 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Topper Council, Rev. Jimmy Franks and Rev. Donnie Tucker, 75 of Paducah, KY died Monday, May 19, 2014 at 1:30 a.m. at his home. Donnie was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and was a veteran of the United State Marines. Donnie spent many years in law enforcement where he served as a Paducah City Policeman, Security at the former Executive Inn, and as a detective for the City of Paducah. Survivors include one sister, Wanda Attebury and husband Tommy of Paducah, KY; sister-in-law, Nancy Ford and husband Bobby of Paducah, KY; one niece, Holly Cowan and husband Perry of Nashville, TN. Preceding in death was his wife, Patty Lou Moore Tucker; his parents, Curtis Tucker & Bertha Hicks Tucker; one niece, Dana Albert. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah with Rev. Todd Hawkins officiating. Herman H. Harper, 81, of Paducah, KY passed away at 8:30 p.m. Monday, May 19, 2014 at his residence. He was born in Scottsville, KY. Herman was retired from the McCracken County School System. He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of the Hendron Lions Club and the Hendron Volunteer Fire Department. Herman is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jo Ann Meunier Harper of Paducah, KY; daughter, Debbie Gibbs and husband John of Paducah, KY; son, Kevin Harper and wife Susan of Paducah, KY; sisters, Eva Bean and Joyce Scobel both of Atlanta, Ga, Mary Buchanan of Paducah, KY; 5 grandchildren, Whitney Harper, Hailey Harper, Christy Hart and husband Joe, Johnna Travis and husband Keith and Shelbie York; 9 great grandchildren, Chris Brindley, Devon Hart, Jadon Hart, Charlie Morrison, Cooper Morrison, Landon Travis, Austin Travis, Lauran Travis and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Addielee Henderson and Dean Ornduff; 5 brothers, Ray Harper, Howitt Harper, Dale Harper, Robert Harper, George Harper. His parents were George Harper and Addie Goodwin Harper. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 22, 2014 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Nolan officiating.
