He first came to work with the churches of the association in 1982, and retired after serving 21 years. After his successor, Brother Ray Provow, stepped aside, Brother Blair returned to the post on a part-time basis and has served 5 years in this second tenure.
Judge Terry received a call from a citizen who had gone to the ambulance service to get help, and couldn't get a response from anyone in the building. Ambulance Director Wayne Floyd stated that citizens MUST dial 911, and they will get help. Sometimes there isn't anyone at the building, or if they are in the back they can't hear anyone at the door.
