Garnett Chiropractic began business on front street of Bardwell, KY in 1964. It was opened by the late Dr. William L. Garnett and his wife, Emmie. The couple laid down roots in Carlisle County, serving customers and raising their family. Garnett Chiropractic moved to their current location on Highway 51 in 1985. Shortly after, in 1989, Dr. William Garnett's son, Steven, began practicing with his father after graduating from Murray State University and Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Steven Garnett and his wife Alison have continued the legacy of the business, maintaining the same precise, preventative, and family-oriented care to an impressive number of clients across the four-state region.
