At approximately 4:45 PM today, Deputies responded to State Route 339, just North of the Fancy Farm Community. Upon arrival it was determined that a White 1984 Corvette, driven by Roy W. Blevins of Fancy Farm, had crossed the center line and entered the path of Michael W. Rowland, who wasoperating a 2017 Ford F150. After the two vehicles collided, the Corvette spun out of control and into the path of a 1995 Ford Ranger operated by Matthew Hunt of Cunningham, KY. All vehicles were removed from service due to extensive damage to them.

Blevins had to be extricated from his vehicle and was later flown to Skyline Hospital in Nashville, TN for his injuries. Michael Rowland was transported by private vehicle to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. At the time of the collision, Matt Hunt fled the scene leaving Blevins seriously injured and trapped in his vehicle. The Corvette operated by Blivens was underneath the Ford Ranger operated by Hunt. Hunt was able to climb out of the driver's window, over the top of Blevins and abscond from the scene. It is believed that Hunt fled due to his license being suspended and being wanted on an outstanding warrant from McCracken County.

The Graves County Sheriffs Office is actively seeking Matthew Dale Hunt, 41, for leaving the scene of this accident as well as an outstanding warrant and other charges. If you have any information as to his where abouts please contact the Graves County Sheriff's Office 270-247-4501.

The Graves County Sheriff Office wishes to thank the following for their aid and assistance at the scene; Mayfield / Graves County EMS, Mayfield Fire Department, Mayfield/Graves County Fire and Rescue and Air Evac. The Carlisle County Sheriff's Office and McCracken County Sheriff's Office also assisted in trying to locate Hunt at locations in their respective counties.
